Paying yourbill

When you took out your plan, you gave me permission to automatically debit the amount on your bill from your bank account. On this page, I’ll explain how this works and what you can do if the payment fails.

Your bill will be available in Ik Ben on the 15th of each month. The amount will be automatically debited from your bank account around the 23rd.

It’s also good to know that I bill you one month later. This means you’ll never pay too much, as you only pay for your bundles and what you’ve actually used. It’s only fair.

For example, charges from January will be debited in February.

You may not have enough money in your account when I try to take the payment. Don’t worry! I’ll try again seven days later.

If the second attempt also fails, I’ll send you an email with further instructions. It will explain how to pay the amount yourself using iDEAL | Wero. You’ll have 15 days after receiving the email to make the payment.

Everyone can be short of money sometimes, and I’m happy to help. You can pay the amount in instalments with a payment plan. You can request a payment plan if:

  • You owe at least €20
  • You’ve already paid at least two bills
  • Your plan hasn’t been cancelled because of missed payments

Contact me to request a payment plan.

If you haven’t paid within 15 days of receiving the reminder email, I’ll send you a formal payment notice. I’ll add a €15 debt collection fee to your next bill. You’ll also no longer be able to call 0909 or 0906 numbers.

If you still haven’t paid seven days after the payment notice, I’ll block your connection. You’ll no longer be able to make calls, send texts or use mobile data.

Please note: If your plan has been cancelled because you missed the final payment deadline, I can’t reactivate your connection. You’ll also lose your mobile number.

If you still don’t pay, I’ll pass the debt on to a debt collection agency 15 days after the payment notice. I’ll also register you with Stichting Preventel. This may make it harder to take out a plan with another provider.
