Your final bill explained
You can request a payment plan if:
- you still need to pay €20.00 or more
- your plan is still active
- you have already paid at least two bills
Do you meet these conditions? You’ll automatically see the option to request a payment plan in Ik Ben or the Ben app. Has your plan already ended? Follow the payment instructions in the email I sent you.

Financial guardianship
Do you have a question or want to register or remove a customer?
Would you like to ask a question or make a change during the financial guardianship? Or would you like to register or remove a customer? Please call my customer service team.
As a financial guardian, you should have received a special phone number. Don’t have this number? Please contact my customer service team.
Good to know: To register a customer, I need one of these documents:
- a power of attorney;
- a court order;
- a debt restructuring proposal;
- a court ruling.
Would you like to remove a customer? I’ll need the final court order.
Frequently asked questions about financial guardianship
During financial guardianship:
- I send the monthly bills to your financial guardian’s email address.
- You can only make a limited number of changes yourself.
- Your financial guardian can call me to arrange other matters.
You can:
- block your SIM card if it is lost or stolen;
- activate a new SIM card;
- report a service problem or a faulty product;
- check the status of your order;
- change your home address;
- request your PIN or PUK code;
- ask to keep your current phone number.
Your financial guardian can:
- request a new SIM card;
- ask for information about bills and payments;
- change the billing address;
- arrange a payment plan;
- approve a new plan or renewal;
- cancel or take over your plan;
- change your plan or bundles;
- request a copy of a bill;
- change the email address;
- request a new phone number
Your financial guardian must register the financial guardianship by calling me.
To end the financial guardianship, I need a final court order. Your financial guardian can then call me.
